How do I invite candidates to interview?
From any job posting, click Invite Candidates. Enter email addresses or share the public link. Candidates receive a unique one-time access token — no account creation required on their end.
How long does AI scoring take after an interview?
Scores and a written summary are typically ready within 2–3 minutes of the session completing. For interviews over 60 minutes, allow up to 10 minutes. You'll receive an email notification when results are ready.
Can I override or add notes to AI scores?
Yes. Every scored interview has an editable review panel where you can adjust scores, add written notes, and leave per-question comments. Your adjustments are logged separately from the AI scores and visible to your whole team.
What roles can team members have?
AdminFull access including billing, team management, and all jobs.
RecruiterCreate jobs, invite candidates, view results for assigned jobs.
ViewerRead-only access to results for jobs they've been shared on.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — new accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access to all Growth plan features. No credit card required to start. Upgrades can be made at any time during or after the trial.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after cancellation. After that, data is permanently deleted. You can export all your jobs, candidates, and reports in JSON or CSV format before cancelling.
